Consultation and Booking Terms

- Complete payment
- Select an available consultation time
Users are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted during the booking process is accurate.
Payment Terms
Consultation fees are currently:
- $150 for a 30-minute consultation
- $300 for a 1-hour consultation
Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm the consultation. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers used by Constant Law, P.A.
Completed consultations are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, you may use the rescheduling option provided in your confirmation email, subject to availability.
SMS and Text Message Terms
If you voluntarily provide your mobile telephone number and separately opt in to receive text messages from Constant Law, P.A., you agree to receive SMS communications consistent with the purpose for which you provided consent. Depending on your interaction with the firm, text messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
