Hello there, I’m Marissa. As a Florida attorney, I’m passionate about helping my clients navigate legal challenges with confidence. Whether it’s business law, contract law, real estate matters, or criminal defense, I take a hands-on approach to ensure my clients feel support every step of the way. My goal? Before launching Constant Law, P.A., I spent four years as a Public Defender, gaining invaluable courtroom experience and sharpening my litigation skills. That background taught me the importance of strategic advocacy and standing firm for my clients, no matter the challenge. Now, as a solo practitioner, I combine that same tenacity with a personalized approach, ensuring every client receives the attention and guidance they deserve.

 

Beyond the courtroom, I’m actively involved in organizations that align with my commitment to legal excellence and community impact. I currently serve on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Board for the Junior League of Greater Lakeland, am a member of the Wilson Inn of Court, and proudly support the mission of the NAACP. These connections keep me engaged with my community and allow me to stay at the forefront of legal advocacy.
