Here’s what’s included in the Half-Day Business Protection Day:
- Full Legal Risk & Compliance Audit (broader scan across contracts, policies, structure, and practices)
- One 60-minute initial call + 30-minute follow-up call
- An industry-specific compliance checklist
- Two custom legal services:
• Draft or revise two contracts or policies (client agreement, contractor agreement, refund policy, etc.)
• Draft website terms (Terms of Use + Privacy Policy) - One business policy checklist based on your industry
- Email support for 3 business days post-session
The initial strategy session is held virtually or by phone. During this session, we’ll discuss your needs, confirm your selected legal service, and gather the necessary documents for your audit.
What the Process Looks Like
Client Books a Session:
You’ll choose either the Mini or Half-Day package.
Booking links provide time options for the initial 30- or 60-minute session.
Initial Strategy Session:
We’ll outline your top legal priorities and confirm the service(s) to be delivered.
You’ll then send over any required documents for the audit and review.
Legal Work Begins:
I’ll conduct your audit and complete your selected custom legal service(s).
Turnaround times will be discussed during your session.
Follow-Up Call:
Once the work is complete, my assistant will schedule your follow-up call.
During this call, we’ll walk through the deliverables, answer any final questions, and ensure you’re set up for success.
